To help European & US companies build world-class teams in LATAM
Unlocking talent density, ambition and cost efficiency in one move.
We believe the next generation of category-defining companies won't just hire remotely — they'll build intentional, high-performance hubs in places like Colombia, Argentina and Mexico. Nexus exists to make that shift simple, low-risk and fast.
Nexus started with a simple observation
LATAM talent is one of the biggest competitive advantages most companies aren't tapping into.
Over the past few years, we've spent around six months a year living and working across South America — building ONE FIIT, supporting high-growth companies, and growing teams in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and beyond.
What stood out wasn't "cheap labour". It was:
- •The talent density in key cities
- •The work ethic and ownership mindset
- •The creativity and hunger to grow
- •And how naturally LATAM teams integrate with US & European culture and time zones

The constraints founders were facing
At the same time, founders and operators in Europe and the US were all wrestling with the same challenges:
Local talent markets tapped out
Salary inflation outpacing growth
Headcount approvals slowing everything down
Fear of "offshoring" after bad BPO/outsourcing experiences
Nexus was created to bridge that gap.
We don't run a volume-based recruitment shop. We design, hire and help you manage hybrid LATAM pods that feel like an extension of your HQ — not an outsourced line item.
What Nexus does today
Today, Nexus is helping companies across fitness, tech, AI, hospitality and consumer brands to:
Spin up engineering and product pods in LATAM
Build SDR, AE and Customer Success teams in overlapping time zones
Add creative and operations capacity without bloating their core cost base
All while typically saving 30–60% on labour costs and improving speed and retention.
Most firms stop at "we can find you cheaper people"
We go deeper:
We live part-time in LATAM, so we understand cultural nuance, local expectations and what A-Players actually look like in each market.
We know city-by-city skill distributions — where to look for engineering vs. sales vs. CS vs. creative.
We design pods, not random hires: small, well-structured teams tied to specific outcomes (pipeline, NPS, shipping velocity, etc.).
We help you integrate LATAM teams into your operating system — rituals, communication, tooling, performance management and progression paths.
The result: teams that don't feel "offshore", they just feel like the most productive part of your organisation.
The principles that guide everything we do
Talent First
We optimise for A-Players and long-term fit, not short-term placement fees. Great outcomes start with the right people in the right roles.
High Standards, Low Ego
We expect a lot from ourselves and from the teams we help build. But we stay curious, collaborative and coachable.
Radical Transparency
Clear expectations, honest feedback, real numbers. We'd rather lose a deal than over-promise what LATAM can do for your business.
Cultural Bridge-Building
We sit between European/US and LATAM cultures. We work hard to make communication, ways of working and expectations explicit — so teams gel fast.
Long-Term Partnership
We don't disappear after a hire. We support you on comp benchmarking, retention, performance, and when it's time to scale or reshape your pod.
Results Over Hype
We care less about buzzwords and more about: pipeline created, tickets resolved, releases shipped, customers retained, and teams that actually enjoy working together.
